Once an order has been shipped, we do not offer/issue refunds due to the nature of our products and policies. 

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if there's any damage to your items or if you received the incorrect item. Please contact us right away in order for us to make it right. 

If there are changes you need to make on your part for an order, you must pay for shipping fees before any products are returned to you.
